COSPLAY用束胸膠紙 (膚色)
一、 使用前準備 清潔與乾燥：使用前請確保胸部及周圍肌膚清潔且完全乾燥，切勿塗抹任何身體乳液、按摩油、防曬乳或汗水，否則會大幅降低膠布的黏著力。 打底保護（非常重要）：乳頭及乳暈屬於脆弱敏感部位，絕對不能直接黏貼膠布。請務必先使用乳貼或小塊無黏性的紗布/布片進行打底防護。 皮膚過敏測試：初次使用或敏弱肌者，建議先剪下一小塊膠布貼於手臂內側或肋骨邊緣測試，若出現紅腫、發癢等過敏反應請立即停止使用。 二、 兩種核心黏貼技巧 1. 束胸／平胸效果（適用於男角、露胸開襟造型、反串） 定位：以乳頭為基準點。 拉提方向：從胸部正面/腋下方向，向兩側背部或斜下方拉緊固定。 操作重點：將胸部脂肪向外側及背部推壓、平鋪，再透過膠布的張力固定，達到胸部平坦且隱形的效果。 2. 提胸／擠胸聚攏效果（適用於女角深V、開胸低胸造型） 定位：從腋下或胸部外圍多餘的肉肉開始。 拉提方向：從外側向胸部中心點（乳溝方向）及上方拉提。 操作重點：一手將胸部肉肉往中間集中抬高，另一手順勢將膠布由下往上、由外往內緊貼固定，創造自然聚攏與提胸的深溝線條。 三、 正確安全卸除步驟（避免拉傷皮膚） 切勿大力暴行撕扯：直接乾撕極易造成皮膚拉傷、破皮甚至水泡。 濕潤軟化膠水：撕下前請先用溫水洗澡流沖、用濕毛巾敷濕，或塗抹適量嬰兒油/卸妝油浸潤膠布邊緣，靜置 3–5 分鐘讓膠水軟化。 沿邊緣慢速剝離：一手按住皮膚，另一手順著毛生長方向、沿著皮膚表面緩慢且平行地往下剝離，切勿向上垂直猛拉。
